The Ricoh AFICIO MP C4501 has a monthly duty cycle rated at 200,000 pages. This workhorse is capable of keeping up with heavy document traffic. Print speeds are fast; multiple copies are output at a speed of 45 pages-per-minute in both black and white and vivid color. First copies are dispersed on the Ricoh AFICIO MP C4501 in 5.9 seconds in color and a brisk 3.7 seconds in black and white. This speed will keep your business productive.
Buyers Laboratory Inc gave Ricoh the “Pick of the Year” award for the AFICIO MP C4501 in 2011. It was rated by BLI as an outstanding color MFP. While tested, the MP C4501 did not have a single misfeed in the 200,000-impression lab test. It comes standard with copier, printer, and scan functions; the printer and scanner are easily accessed from your desktop for optimal proficiency. Automatic duplexing is standard on the MP C4501; it is a great way to reduce unnecessary paper consumption by effortlessly converting single-sided documents into double-sided output.
Paper storage is flexible; starting with dual 550-sheet drawers and 100-sheet bypass tray. You can increase the amount of storage space by adding optional paper trays until reaching the max capacity of 4,400 sheets. Toner cartridges for the Ricoh AFICIO MP C4501 come in black, cyan, magenta and yellow. The black toner has an estimated yield of 25,500 pages and each color has an approximate 17,000-page yield—all when averaging 5 percent coverage.
