We aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Below are the estimated delivery times:

• Nairobi: 1–3 business days

• Other regions in Kenya: 2–5 business days

• Same-day delivery is available in select Nairobi locations for urgent orders (contact us for availability).

🕒 Note: Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

💵 Shipping Costs

• ✅ We offer flat-rate shipping of KES 200 on all orders, regardless of location or order size.

• ✅ Free delivery may apply for promotional campaigns or select high-value purchases (announced on-site or via SMS/email).

📦 Order Processing

• 🕘 Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed on the same day.

• 📆 Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• 🧾 You’ll receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (if applicable) once your order is dispatched.

We work with reliable, third-party courier services such as:

• Fargo Courier

• Sendy

• Local riders for Nairobi same-day deliveries

Tracking may be provided depending on the shipping method used.

• Building name/estate and house number

• Landmark or directions (especially for rural deliveries)
